Thanks to some nice moves 庄潮宽 could shoot a difficult shot in the 34th minute, which Edgardo Rondanelli however easily saved by the left post. Riesgo Cero's Cristian Vladimirescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yeray Necochea in the 39th minute of play. When Sergi Hoevel fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Talcampeón FC's protests and gave Sergi Hoevel a yellow card for diving instead. Cristian Vladimirescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lolo Acharan, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Cristian Vladimirescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelino Fritz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 48 minutes into the match, Talcampeón FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kubilay İmge came free, but Edgardo Rondanelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The supporters of Riesgo Cero booed when Talcampeón FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yeray Necochea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Talcampeón FC played a much better game than Riesgo Cero and deserved their victory. The Riesgo Cero players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
