Afiz Teo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zbigniew Zatorski in the 3rd minute of play. Afiz Teo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zbigniew Zatorski's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. The audience was convinced that Zbigniew Zatorski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Afiz Teo was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zbigniew Zatorski in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Afiz Teo saved Redbourn AFC from getting behind. 11 minutes into the match, Redbourn AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Zbigniew Zatorski came free, but Afiz Teo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Redbourn AFC's Ronn Yi-Sheng got a free kick in the 12th minute. Afiz Teo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zbigniew Zatorski in the 13th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zbigniew Zatorski in the 17th minute of play forced Redbourn AFC's goalkeeper Afiz Teo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Simo Mihklisaar came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Simo Mihklisaar couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ- booed when Redbourn AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Noh Yi-Sheng didn't get a good kick on the ball. Afiz Teo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zbigniew Zatorski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Redbourn AFC's Raphael Dantas threw himself towards the right post 37 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Didi Teo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Zbigniew Zatorski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Afiz Teo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. After 40 played minutes Redbourn AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ronn Yi-Sheng. Raphael Dantas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victor Chan in the 44th minute. Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s Raphael Dantas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Chan in the 46th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ- made a substitution. Tony Thanos replaced Simo Mihklisaar. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Victor Chan made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tony Thanos in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Afiz Teo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 55 minutes into the match, Redbourn AFC's goalkeeper Afiz Teo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mauro Quirino. Afiz Teo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tony Thanos went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Tony Thanoss short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Afiz Teo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 65 minutes into the match, Redbourn AFC's goalkeeper Afiz Teo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tony Thanos. In the 67th minute Mauro Quirino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afiz Teo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Didi Teo charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Didi Teo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 68th match minute, Redbourn AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Didi Teo to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Redbourn AFC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Didi Teo hit a great ball. Mauro Quirino took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Afiz Teo. Afiz Teo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Afiz Teo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tony Thanos in the 77th minute. In the 79th minute, Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s Tony Thanos dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. 82 minutes into the game, Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s Zbigniew Zatorski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Afiz Teo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. After a rather tough play, Redbourn AFC's Zafran Chuan got a free kick in the 86th minute. 91 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ-'s Tony Thanos fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. 94 minutes into the match, Redbourn AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Tony Thanos came free, but Afiz Teo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Cruzeiro MZC -DMZ- walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
