Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Emanuel Markham started the match with the kick off. When the match had gone on for 4 minutes, Filip Paulescu put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Borys Witek. In the 7th minute, Filip Paulescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Kai Østbye had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 19 minutes into the match, FC Steaua Pildesti's goalkeeper Marian Văduvescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emanuel Markham. In the 21stth minute of the game Constantin Deșliu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brufoss IL's Borys Witek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The FC Steaua Pildesti fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when FC Steaua Pildesti's Constantin Deșliu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zygmunt Dunajski in the 27th minute of play forced Brufoss IL's goalkeeper Borys Witek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Steaua Pildesti's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Terry Doyle in the 28th minute. In the 36th minute Kent Remme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marian Văduvescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Kent Remme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Constantin Deșliu in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Borys Witek saved Brufoss IL from getting behind. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Constantin Deșliu sped through Brufoss IL's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Borys Witek. Marian Văduvescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kai Østbye in the 45th minute of the match. Kajetan Kazimierz charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kajetan Kazimierz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Kajetan Kazimierz hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. In the 47th minute Terry Doyle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Borys Witek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half FC Steaua Pildesti were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Constantin Deșliu made the kick off in the second half. Kajetan Kazimierz hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Constantin Deșliu in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Borys Witek, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Markham in the 56th minute of play forced FC Steaua Pildesti's goalkeeper Marian Văduvescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Brufoss IL's Borys Witek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolae Barbu in the 59th minute of play. FC Steaua Pildesti were awarded a corner in the 60th minute after Brufoss IL's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Terry Doyle took the corner. Marian Văduvescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kent Remme in the 62nd minute of the match. With an all-out effort, FC Steaua Pildesti's Borys Witek threw himself towards the right post 64 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zygmunt Dunajski, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Christer Ribe charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Christer Ribe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 66 played minutes Brufoss IL got a freekick which was hit by Christer Ribe. After a defensive mix-up in Brufoss IL's zone, Zygmunt Dunajski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Borys Witek came out of the goal and Zygmunt Dunajski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolae Barbu in the 70th minute of play forced Brufoss IL's goalkeeper Borys Witek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emanuel Markham received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Marian Văduvescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Steaua Pildesti's Marian Văduvescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christer Ribe in the 74th minute of play. In the 75th minute Brufoss IL were awarded a corner. Kai Østbye went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Jakob Lode managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Borys Witek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Constantin Deșliu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Brufoss IL's Are Høiby got a free kick in the 86th minute. The FC Steaua Pildesti players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
