The audience was convinced that Gabriele Batistuta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gianluigi Donnarumma was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Majachun's Karol Cipinski got a free kick in the 14th minute. After 16 minutes of play, Menchu FC's Gabriele Batistuta made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gianluigi Donnarumma was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriele Batistuta in the 22nd minute of play forced Majachun's goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gabriele Batistuta might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gianluigi Donnarumma. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gabriele Batistuta ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 24th minute Gabriele Batistuta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gianluigi Donnarumma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gianluigi Donnarumma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriele Batistuta in the 33rd minute of the match. Majachun's Gianluigi Donnarumma proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Majachun from getting a goal against them. Camilo Salvidor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roland Olivier in the 47th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Remigiusz Cisek to strike the kick off in the second half. Camilo Salvidor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfred Pankowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Karol Cipinski got a throw-in 52 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Radomir Piglowski. Gianluigi Donnarumma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriele Batistuta in the 56th minute of the match. Majachun's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gabriele Batistuta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 62 minutes into the match, Gabriele Batistuta notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Majachun's Gianluigi Donnarumma. Gianluigi Donnarumma was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gabriele Batistuta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gianluigi Donnarumma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriele Batistuta in the 76th minute of play. Gabriele Batistuta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gianluigi Donnarumma came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Menchu FC's Gabriele Batistuta. But to his dismay, Gabriele Batistuta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. If Remigiusz Cisek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Menchu FC's Silverio Sergi was substituted for Armando Roland. Menchu FC's Arturo Roderigo was substituted for Roberto Carlo. 89 minutes into the match, Majachun's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriele Batistuta came free, but Gianluigi Donnarumma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Majachun's Gianluigi Donnarumma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriele Batistuta in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd minute Gabriele Batistuta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gianluigi Donnarumma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Gabriele Batistuta came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Menchu FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gabriele Batistuta couldn't finish the play. Menchu FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Majachun for a fine match.
