The supporters of Montevideo booed when Zlatan BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariusz Kloczko didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 5th minute, Montevideo's Luisito Antequera dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Ronaldo Medeiros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pan Guo Qian in the 8th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Danell Mackiathan made a precise shot to the right of Ronaldo Medeiros. Montevideo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Luisito Antequera who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 14thth minute tested the skills of Ellis Schenck when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Bray McJon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ellis Schenck read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Pan Guo Qian notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Montevideo's Ronaldo Medeiros. Ronaldo Medeiros was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Per Hägglund kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 26th minute, Ubaldo Padro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ronaldo Medeiros was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. A throw-in in the 29th minute of the game was made by Wilson Fernandez with Olavo Matorin as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Ellis Schenck made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Olavo Matorin sent off a good shot on target. Montevideo were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after Zlatan BK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Wilson Fernandez took the corner. Montevideo's Wilson Fernandez was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ellis Schenck in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ellis Schenck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernandão Recife in the 33rd minute of play. In the 34th minute, Olavo Matorin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Zlatan BK's Per Hägglund tried to score from far away in the 34th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Ellis Schenck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernandão Recife in the 37th minute of the match. After taking down the ball on Montevideo's corner Luisito Antequera fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ellis Schenck quite easily take care of the ball. After 39 minutes, Luisito Antequera made it 2-3 with a short kick to the right side. Zlatan BK's Ellis Schenck tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 44 minutes into the match, Montevideo's goal looked a bit too open when Danell Mackiathan came free, but Ronaldo Medeiros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 44 minutes, the score became 2-4 when Danell Mackiathan sped through Montevideo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ronaldo Medeiros. The Montevideo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Zlatan BK were winning 2-4.

The wind increased when Luisito Antequera made the kick off in the second half. Fernandão Recife kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ubaldo Padro in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ronaldo Medeiros saved Montevideo from getting behind. After 55 minutes, Ubaldo Padro made it 2-5 with a short kick to the right side. Montevideo's Ronaldo Medeiros tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Zlatan BK's Tobias Tomasson was substituted for Mariusz Kloczko. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesare Maestri in the 60th minute of play forced Montevideo's goalkeeper Ronaldo Medeiros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 62 minutes into the game, Natanael de Godoi threw the ball into play from the sideline. Zlatan BK's Cesare Maestri quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After a rather tough play, Montevideo's Christian Passos got a free kick in the 65th minute. 65 minutes into the match, Montevideo's goal looked a bit too open when Per Hägglund came free, but Ronaldo Medeiros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute Pan Guo Qian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldo Medeiros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70th minute Ubaldo Padro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldo Medeiros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ronaldo Medeiros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubaldo Padro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pan Guo Qian got free with Ronaldo Medeiros in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ubaldo Padros short, quick shot in the 84thth minute got Ronaldo Medeiros to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ronaldo Medeiros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Oskar Kinnman in the 85th minute of the match. Ubaldo Padro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ubaldo Padro got free with Ronaldo Medeiros in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Montevideo's Mário Maranhense got a free kick in the 89th minute. Ronaldo Medeiros made an important save on a dangerous shot by Per Hägglund in the 89th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ubaldo Padro in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ronaldo Medeiros saved Montevideo from getting behind. Ellis Schenck came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Montevideo's Bray McJon. But to his dismay, Bray McJon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-5. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Zlatan BK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
