Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Feliciano Silvino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesare Punta in the 22nd minute of play. In the 23rd match minute, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximo Nazario to maneuver through the defense. Feliciano Silvino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joseph Asklöv, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. If Cesare Punta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Feliciano Silvino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 34 minutes, Cesare Punta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sao Brasola's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cesare Punta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Cesare Punta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesare Punta in the 36th minute of play forced Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's goalkeeper Feliciano Silvino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Cesare Punta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cesare Punta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Feliciano Silvino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesare Punta, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. The audience was convinced that Cesare Punta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Feliciano Silvino was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Húmi Pomelin was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Sao Brasola booed when Deportivo Pomelo Nenene was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Abalos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cesare Punta succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-8 in the 66th playminute. In the 80th minute, Cesare Punta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Godfredo Montel made in the 84th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Apolo Bazil. Joseph Asklöv might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Feliciano Silvino. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joseph Asklöv ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 88th minute, Iwo Pawlik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Cesare Punta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 95th minute Cesare Punta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliciano Silvino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 96th minute, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Joseph Asklöv fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The Deportivo Pomelo Nenene fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sao Brasola were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
