After 5 minutes of play, AC LeX Luthor's Isidro Oliviero made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Currito Torrente was left in no man's land by his defense there! Currito Torrente made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isidro Oliviero in the 8th minute. In the 10th minute Alvaro Errando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Currito Torrente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Tullidos FC's Currito Torrente got control of the ball when Isidro Oliviero tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Tullidos FC's Ludomil Galagan got a free kick in the 30th minute. Currito Torrente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Errando, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 34th minute, Balázs Kulcsár hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Tullidos FC's Currito Torrente got control of the ball when Isidro Oliviero tried to sneak it across the goal line. Currito Torrente made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Isidro Oliviero sent off a good shot on target. The throw-in from Silvestre Semeno in the 40th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Tullidos FC's Rodolfo Abecia. Maurício Bomba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Balázs Kulcsár, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Balázs Kulcsár stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Currito Torrente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Errando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Currito Torrente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidro Oliviero in the 55th minute of play. Alvaro Errando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st minute, Alvaro Errando left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AC LeX Luthor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Maurício Bomba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Balázs Kulcsár in the 66th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, AC LeX Luthor's Peep Pronk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Currito Torrente narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Maurício Bomba was out of position in the 69 minute of play, and Balázs Kulcsár capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Balázs Kulcsár really showed his touch with that goal: 5-1. Tullidos FC made a substitution. Celestino Mannie replaced Balázs Kulcsár. Celestino Mannie could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Maurício Bomba made a huge save. 76 minutes had been played when some careless play by AC LeX Luthor's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Guido Ocaña was slow to take the kick. During this time Tullidos FC's players had a chance to rest. Tullidos FC's Guido Ocaña was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Maurício Bomba in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A collision led to Tullidos FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Sebastian Liane hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Yepes in the 78th minute of play forced Tullidos FC's goalkeeper Currito Torrente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Tullidos FC defense, Mario Yepes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Currito Torrente. The Tullidos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Currito Torrente should have stopped the shot. Currito Torrente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Otto Tenno in the 84th minute of the match. Maurício Bomba stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Celestino Mannie's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. Julian Boni got a throw-in 92 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Zeledon Savion. Best Ibland charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Best Ibland the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 95th minute, one of AC LeX Luthor:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for AC LeX Luthor. When the match had been going on for 97 minutes, Tullidos FC's Guido Ocaña got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Maurício Bomba. Tullidos FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
