The audience thought a goal was coming when Domingo Jago got free with Roch Sniegowski in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ismael Frances kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Slawomir Jaraczeski struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Bayan Gugovski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Szalone Konie. Merengue FC's Bayan Gugovski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Slawomir Jaraczeski in the 13th minute of play. Bayan Gugovski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kacper Wilk in the 17th minute of the match. After 19 played minutes Szalone Konie got a freekick which was hit by Young Taktikos. Bayan Gugovski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kacper Wilk, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After 26 played minutes Szalone Konie got a freekick which was hit by Kacper Wilk. Bayan Gugovski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kacper Wilk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Szalone Konie were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after Merengue FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Waclaw Pionek took the corner. The audience thought a goal was coming when Darwin Núñez got free with Roch Sniegowski in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Waclaw Pionek went to the cornerflag to take it. The referee felt a red card was in order, 42 minutes into the game, when Maxi Nuñez put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Merengue FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 42nd minute. Penalty! 0-1 came in the 45th minute when Kacper Wilk all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Bayan Gugovski. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquiles Urtsin in the 50th minute of play forced Szalone Konie's goalkeeper Roch Sniegowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 51 minutes had been played when some careless play by Szalone Konie's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Aquiles Urtsin was slow to take the kick. During this time Merengue FC's players had a chance to rest. In the 62nd match minute, Merengue FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ismael Frances to maneuver through the defense. Bayan Gugovski made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Slawomir Jaraczeski sent off a good shot on target. In the 73rd minute, Slawomir Jaraczeski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bayan Gugovski was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. During the 79th minute of the match Waclaw Pionek completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Waclaw Pionek a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Aquiles Urtsin scored 2-2 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roch Sniegowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Slawomir Jaraczeski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Bayan Gugovski made a huge save. After having played for 91 minutes, Concetto Milani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Szalone Konie's supporters crossed their fingers, but Concetto Milani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Aquiles Urtsin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
