Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) 6 minutes into the game, Machine Gun Kelly's Conrado Erramun nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benjamin Tino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Abdul Jabbar Mansur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamin Tino having to interfere. 14 minutes into the game, one of Club El Progreso:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Benjamin Tino had in the 15thth minute some difficulties stopping Conrado Erramun's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The audience was convinced that Conrado Erramun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benjamin Tino was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Machine Gun Kelly were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after Club El Progreso's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Conrado Erramun took the corner. If Conrado Erramun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Benjamin Tino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conrado Erramun in the 20th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Club El Progreso's Cleto Cordaro got a free kick in the 23rd minute. A throw-in in the 25th minute of the game was made by Diego Portela with Bonifacio Txindoki as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Conrado Erramun might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benjamin Tino. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Conrado Erramun ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpected shot in the 37th minute by Abdul Jabbar Mansur got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Thanks to some nice moves Abdul Jabbar Mansur could shoot a difficult shot in the 37th minute, which Benjamin Tino however easily saved by the left post. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Conrado Erramun put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Benjamin Tino. Tadeo Udalaitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Indiana Jones, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Conrado Erramun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benjamin Tino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Conrado Erramun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Club El Progreso's Benjamin Tino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conrado Erramun in the 55th minute of play. 57 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club El Progreso's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Conrado Erramun was slow to take the kick. During this time Machine Gun Kelly's players had a chance to rest. Diego Portela kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. After 65 minutes of play, Machine Gun Kelly's Aristides Boniel made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benjamin Tino was left in no man's land by his defense there! Machine Gun Kelly made a substitution. Tony Parker replaced Sebastian Kismi. Tadeo Udalaitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adolfo Fidensio, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Benjamin Tino came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Machine Gun Kelly's Aristides Boniel. But to his dismay, Aristides Boniel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Club El Progreso's Enzo Bot was substituted for Adolfo Fidensio. Aristides Boniel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benjamin Tino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aristides Boniel in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benjamin Tino saved Club El Progreso from getting behind. After some careless play in the Club El Progreso defense, Aristides Boniel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benjamin Tino. The Club El Progreso fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benjamin Tino should have stopped the shot. Cleto Cordaro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Tadeo Udalaitz made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enzo Bot in the 93rd minute of play forced Machine Gun Kelly's goalkeeper Tadeo Udalaitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Indiana Jones who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 93rdth minute tested the skills of Tadeo Udalaitz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of Club El Progreso booed when Machine Gun Kelly was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Téo Puch didn't get a good kick on the ball. Machine Gun Kelly's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
