Epifanio Gagriel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Peter-Michael Schmeichel came out and tried to block the shot, but Epifanio Gagriel slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 12th minute. Janusze Futbolu's Peter-Michael Schmeichel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Epifanio Gagriel in the 19th minute of play. Claudio Caniglia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rafael Flamme read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Furia Calamar's zone, Claudio Caniglia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rafael Flamme came out of the goal and Claudio Caniglia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 28 minutes into the match, Claudio Caniglia notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Furia Calamar's Rafael Flamme. Rafael Flamme was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Claudio Caniglia in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rafael Flamme prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rafael Flamme didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Janusze Futbolu's Claudio Caniglia shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-2 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Furia Calamar's goalkeeper Rafael Flamme, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Janusze Futbolu's Claudio Caniglia got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Janusze Futbolu's Claudio Caniglia managed to work through Furia Calamar's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Claudio Caniglia dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. When Claudio Caniglia came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Janusze Futbolu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claudio Caniglia couldn't finish the play. Furia Calamar's Edgard Indar was substituted for Epifanio Gagriel. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Damaso Sotero made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Janusze Futbolu's goal looked a bit too open when Baldomero Amato came free, but Peter-Michael Schmeichel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, Janusze Futbolu's Claudio Caniglia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rafael Flamme narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Claudio Caniglia might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rafael Flamme. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Claudio Caniglia ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudio Caniglia in the 64th minute of play forced Furia Calamar's goalkeeper Rafael Flamme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rafael Flamme didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Claudio Caniglia went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. 74 minutes into the game, Claudio Caniglia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Rafael Flamme was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Janusze Futbolu's Peter-Michael Schmeichel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomero Amato in the 81st minute of play. Rafael Flamme was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Claudio Caniglia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 91st minute Claudio Caniglia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Flamme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rafael Flamme stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Claudio Caniglia's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. In the 95th minute, Norbert Jaktorowo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Furia Calamar supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Janusze Futbolu's performance. The match ended with a win for Janusze Futbolu.
