Eduard Semeghin scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Matias Carlomagno, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marcel Petculescu struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Matias Carlomagno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ASF BAIA MARE -MM-. After some careless play in the San Lorenzo defense, Eduard Semeghin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Matias Carlomagno. The San Lorenzo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Matias Carlomagno should have stopped the shot. 17 minutes into the match, Ciprian Sângeorzan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matias Carlomagno. San Lorenzo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ciprian Sângeorzan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victor Huștiu in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matias Carlomagno saved San Lorenzo from getting behind. 25 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Huștiu came free, but Matias Carlomagno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute Victor Huștiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matias Carlomagno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo's Placido Segio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rosendo Seguinus narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The ASF BAIA MARE -MM- fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Victor Huștiu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Severo Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Placido Segio in the 52nd minute of play forced ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s goalkeeper Rosendo Seguinus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Victor Huștiu hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. 60 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo's goalkeeper Matias Carlomagno had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victor Huștiu. Rosendo Seguinus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mo Yi Sang in the 65th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victor Huștiu got free with Matias Carlomagno in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Matias Carlomagno made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Victor Huștiu sent off a good shot on target. Matias Carlomagno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Huștiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82nd match minute, San Lorenzo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kara Melo to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute, Martin Lleir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victor Huștiu got free with Matias Carlomagno in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the final whistle sounded ASF BAIA MARE -MM- left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than San Lorenzo.
