Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norbert Major in the 37th minute of play forced Deportivo Ortegano's goalkeeper Korneliusz Rasimowicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alexej Dragoun made in the 38th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Pogoń Szczecin's Cezary Jarocewicz. Pogoń Szczecin's defense didn't have a chance, in the 43rd minute, when Jan Koller scored to the left of an out of position Sebastião Xoxe, making the score, 3-0. After a rather tough play, Pogoń Szczecin's Cezary Jarocewicz got a free kick in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jan Koller to strike the kick off in the second half. Korneliusz Rasimowicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norbert Major in the 52nd minute of the match. Korneliusz Rasimowicz came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Pogoń Szczecin's Norbert Major. But to his dismay, Norbert Major quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Deportivo Ortegano's Korneliusz Rasimowicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norbert Major in the 62nd minute of play. Sebastião Xoxe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan Koller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sebastião Xoxe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 92 minutes, Oinomoas Konstantatos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Ortegano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oinomoas Konstantatos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Deportivo Ortegano's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
