Felipe Tajo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norbert Major in the 6th minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Stefanos Stefanopoulos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Felipe Tajo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norbert Major, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Norbert Major had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Felipe Tajo. Monky FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Norbert Major was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Sebastião Xoxe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Mannuel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Monky FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Andres Musko in the 18th minute. After 22 played minutes Monky FC got a freekick which was hit by Eleuterio Tulio. Håkan Wennersten could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Sebastião Xoxe made a huge save. Felipe Tajo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norbert Major, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes into the match, Norbert Major notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Monky FC's Felipe Tajo. Felipe Tajo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Monky FC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Eliseo Guillelmo hit a great ball. Norbert Major took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Felipe Tajo. Felipe Tajo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Romeo Ospin charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Romeo Ospin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Pogoń Szczecin's Cezary Jarocewicz quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Romeo Ospin, made in the 42nd minute of the game. Norbert Major scored 0-4 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Felipe Tajo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Pogoń Szczecin's Sebastião Xoxe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Håkan Wennersten in the 52nd minute of play. In the 55th match minute, Pogoń Szczecin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jurand Debowski to maneuver through the defense. Monky FC's 汪杰桑 was substituted for Benicio Indalecio. The supporters of Monky FC booed when Pogoń Szczecin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jurand Debowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. 58 minutes into the match, Monky FC's goal looked a bit too open when Norbert Major came free, but Felipe Tajo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felipe Tajo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norbert Major, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Pogoń Szczecin's Norbert Major slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Felipe Tajo. That made the score 0-5 after 62 minutes of play. Monky FC made a substitution. Denis Sein replaced Patricio Mannuel. 71 minutes into the game, Pogoń Szczecin's Norbert Major nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Felipe Tajo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. In the 74thth minute of the game Norbert Major who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Monky FC's Felipe Tajo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Norbert Major's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Felipe Tajo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Monky FC's goal looked a bit too open when Norbert Major came free, but Felipe Tajo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd minute Norbert Major shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felipe Tajo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rdth minute of the game Norbert Major who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Monky FC's Felipe Tajo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Norbert Major might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Felipe Tajo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Norbert Major ran back to his position shaking his head. 89 minutes into the game, Romeo Ospin threw the ball into play from the sideline. Pogoń Szczecin's Conrado Donzel quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The Monky FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Pogoń Szczecin's performance. The match ended with a win for Pogoń Szczecin.
