Kenneth Biörkquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Mendonça, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fausto Mendonça might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kenneth Biörkquist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fausto Mendonça ran back to his position shaking his head. Kenneth Biörkquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fausto Mendonça, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Bloodthirsty FC's Kenneth Biörkquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Mendonça in the 27th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Fausto Mendonça notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Bloodthirsty FC's Kenneth Biörkquist. Kenneth Biörkquist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kenneth Biörkquist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fausto Mendonça scored 0-2 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kenneth Biörkquist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 42 minutes of play, Scarlet Speedster's Fausto Mendonça made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kenneth Biörkquist was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Svante Petersson was the one to do the kick off. If Raigo Vananurm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Scarlet Speedster's Fausto Mendonça slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kenneth Biörkquist. That made the score 0-4 after 53 minutes of play. 56 minutes into the match, Bloodthirsty FC's goalkeeper Kenneth Biörkquist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Raigo Vananurm. The audience thought a goal was coming when Raigo Vananurm got free with Kenneth Biörkquist in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 62 minutes into the match, Bloodthirsty FC's goalkeeper Kenneth Biörkquist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fausto Mendonça. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Fausto Mendonça put it in 0-8 from a short distance just to the right of Kenneth Biörkquist. When Fausto Mendonça came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Scarlet Speedster fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fausto Mendonça couldn't finish the play. 82 minutes into the game, Scarlet Speedster's Fausto Mendonça nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kenneth Biörkquist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-9. Kenneth Biörkquist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raigo Vananurm in the 88th minute. In the 91st minute, Scarlet Speedster's Fausto Mendonça ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kenneth Biörkquist. Kenneth Biörkquist yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-10. With a little luck, Bloodthirsty FC's Kenneth Biörkquist got control of the ball when Váldson Bittencourt tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Raigo Vananurm got free with Kenneth Biörkquist in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match was over Scarlet Speedster could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bloodthirsty FC throughout the match.
