Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Mexico's Joel Gaona started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Alberto Tafalla had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eugenio Fidensio. Gallo Moron's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alberto Tafalla was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 6th minute, Joel Gaona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 9 minutes into the match, Gallo Moron's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Zorita came free, but Eugenio Fidensio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jarrod Pedroso got free with Dante Lacasa in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 18 minutes into the match, Gallo Moron's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Eugenio Fidensio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Gallo Moron defense, Alberto Tafalla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eugenio Fidensio. The Gallo Moron fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eugenio Fidensio should have stopped the shot. Eugenio Fidensio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luca Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Saturnino Astigar got free with Dante Lacasa in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eugenio Fidensio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 27th minute of the match. Eugenio Fidensio came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo. But to his dismay, Lautaro Mancebo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. If Ernesto Farias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joel Gaona took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eugenio Fidensio. Eugenio Fidensio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Saturnino Astigar in the 62nd minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 64 played minutes Gallo Moron got a freekick which was hit by Joel Gudesteo. In the 66th match minute, Gallo Moron was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Gudesteo to maneuver through the defense. Ignacio Valiente kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Alberto Tafalla took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eugenio Fidensio. Eugenio Fidensio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Ernesto Farias kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Alberto Tafalla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Tafalla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eugenio Fidensio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olgierd Koperski in the 81st minute of play. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Gallo Moron getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Gino Peruzzi hit a great ball. 84 minutes into the match, Mexico's Joel Gaona broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Gallo Moron's Eugenio Fidensio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Gallo Moron from getting a goal against them. The corner ended in Joel Gaona almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Gallo Moron's Eugenio Fidensio did a great save. 89 minutes into the game, Gallo Moron's Ernesto Farias nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dante Lacasa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. Alberto Tafalla in the 91stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Eugenio Fidensio, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Fidensio having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Mexico left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Gallo Moron.
