Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) After recieving a nice pass, Tamboril's José Vítor Lara tried to score from far away in the 8th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Lopez in the 10th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abelardo Diniz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 12th minute of play. Tamboril's Abelardo Diniz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 15th minute of play. In the 17th minute Panama were awarded a corner. Abraham Alguacil went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Abraham Alguacil almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Tamboril's Abelardo Diniz did a great save. Ulisses Antunes took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Abraham Alguacil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abelardo Diniz having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Berganza in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abelardo Diniz saved Tamboril from getting behind. José Vítor Lara might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcos Cotilla. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. José Vítor Lara ran back to his position shaking his head. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Abelardo Diniz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Tamboril's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Sarmiento came free, but Abelardo Diniz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 40 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Miralles. Marcos Cotilla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valdomiro Garcia in the 45th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Isidoro Sarmiento notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Tamboril's Abelardo Diniz. Abelardo Diniz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Panama's Tomas Berganza got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Tomas Berganza took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Abelardo Diniz to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, Tamboril's Diamantino de Barros got a free kick in the 62nd minute. A collision led to Tamboril getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Diamantino de Barros hit a great ball. Abelardo Diniz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulisses Antunes, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Tamboril's Ulisses Antunes. But to his dismay, Ulisses Antunes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. When Rafa Bueno fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tamboril's protests and gave Rafa Bueno a yellow card for diving instead. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavinho Almeida in the 80th minute of play. Tamboril's Abelardo Diniz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 86th minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Flavinho Almeida came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
