Pentti Ojala could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. In the 6th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Mariano to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Pentti Ojala tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pentti Ojala could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. 10 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pentti Ojala. In the 11th minute, Gaizka Mendieta made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. Camilo Gaos hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Pentti Ojala kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iwo Sawicki in the 21st minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24thth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tiger's Josef Witlatschil was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thilo Heß struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tiger. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. Pentti Ojala could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. If Christo Bothenhain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Tiger getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Mikael Siltavirta hit a great ball. Iwo Sawicki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pentti Ojala who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 47thth minute tested the skills of Jonathan Ferrant when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Pentti Ojalas short, quick shot in the 47thth minute got Jonathan Ferrant to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.

52 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Gaizka Mendieta came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iwo Sawicki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christo Bothenhain in the 56th minute of the match. In the 57th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Mariano to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iwo Sawicki in the 58th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pentti Ojala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pentti Ojala in the 65th minute of the match. Tiger made a substitution. Ingo Ustorf replaced Rudolf Speed. Tiger made a substitution. Marten Weise replaced Iwo Sawicki. After a rather tough play, Tiger's Gaizka Mendieta got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 73rd minute, Pentti Ojala made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Marten Weise scored 4-0 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 88 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Gaos. In the 90th minute Marten Weise shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marten Weise in the 91st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marten Weise in the 93rd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tiger's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
