After having played for 11 minutes, Ambrosio Dominix managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tottenham Hotspurs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ambrosio Dominix was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 15th minute, Ambrosio Dominix got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Damián Martínez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Damián Martínez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustín Saelices, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Ambrosio Dominix could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. After having played for 33 minutes, Felix Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Montenegro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 35th minute, Ambrosio Dominix left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tottenham Hotspurs fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. 39 minutes into the match, Tottenham Hotspurs's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Damián Martínez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ambrosio Dominix was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ambrosio Dominix in the 50th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 53rdth minute of the game Ambrosio Dominix who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 56 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Andino. 60 minutes into the match, Ambrosio Dominix notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tottenham Hotspurs made a substitution. Remigio Ticho replaced Enginalp İdilkurt. In the 64th minute, Ambrosio Dominix got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A throw-in in the 67th minute of the game was made by Primitivo Andino with Primitivo Andino as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Eduardo Enol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo Enol in the 87th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Tottenham Hotspurs's Eduardo Enol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
