Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 23 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Gaos. In the 24th minute Davide La Marca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When As Melfi 1929's Davide La Marca in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A hard shot by Stelian Popeangă from long distance, 35 minutes into the match, got Jonathan Ferrant's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Davide La Marca received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jonathan Ferrant came out and tried to block the shot, but Davide La Marca slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 36th minute. The supporters of Venezuela booed when As Melfi 1929 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Napoleon Walaszkiewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. As Melfi 1929's Davide La Marca was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 45th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 47th minute, Stelian Popeangă hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Napoleon Walaszkiewicz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. When As Melfi 1929's Davide La Marca in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 70th minute, Fox 武松 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Davide La Marca in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Davide La Marca in the 80th minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Carlo Miccio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The As Melfi 1929 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. If Davide La Marca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 90th minute, Davide La Marca ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. The supporters of As Melfi 1929 booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the As Melfi 1929 defense, Patricio Costa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eraldo Bulla. The As Melfi 1929 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eraldo Bulla should have stopped the shot. As Melfi 1929 walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
