Eraldo Bulla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute of the match Venezuela got a corner. As Melfi 1929's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tomas Illescas ran over to the corner to take the kick. Tomas Illescas made a great header on Venezuela's corner, it was just that As Melfi 1929's Eraldo Bulla managed to reach the ball for a save. 26 minutes into the match, Fox 武松 dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant, 1-0. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 54th minute, Venezuela's Guillermo Mariano seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Guillermo Mariano the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Venezuela protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Guillermo Mariano had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee gave As Melfi 1929 a penalty, 55 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Davide La Marca, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. 6-0. In the 64th minute, Davide La Marca made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. In the 69th match minute, As Melfi 1929 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domenico Corna to maneuver through the defense. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Davide La Marca in the 72nd minute of play. Venezuela's attentive Alex Chicote managed to snatch the ball when Yan Ran Yan made a throw-in in the 73rd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Davide La Marca in the 75th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stelian Popeangă made in the 80th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Venezuela's Jose Correa. In the 81st minute of the game Yan Ran Yan made a throw-in which Carlo Miccio played forward. In the 88th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Davide La Marca's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Davide La Marca in the 91st minute of play. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eraldo Bulla having to interfere.
