Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Edmund Schoettle took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Tiger's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Kristian Willem Neuling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kristian Willem Neuling didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Tiger's Edmund Schoettle got a free kick in the 9th minute. Kristian Willem Neuling didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. When Luis Andino fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ecuador's protests and gave Luis Andino a yellow card for diving instead. Luis Andino hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Julio Vera acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 14th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Edmund Schoettle. Kristian Willem Neuling made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 17th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Kristian Willem Neuling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 25th minute of the match, Fulko Schwaderer got a very nice opportunity to score, but Julio Vera was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Valentin Loos kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 29th match minute, Tiger was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raik Sauer to maneuver through the defense. Agustín Saelices took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kristian Willem Neuling. Kristian Willem Neuling dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Edmund Schoettle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kristian Willem Neuling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 38th match minute, Tiger was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Gebauer to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 43 minutes, Hartmut Weidenhammer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tiger's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hartmut Weidenhammer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 47 minutes into the match, Tiger's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Kristian Willem Neuling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.
Tiger made a substitution. Heiner Zöllmer replaced Hartmut Weidenhammer. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. 55 minutes into the match, Tiger's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Kristian Willem Neuling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Tiger fans' excitement grew in the 61st match minute when Tiger's Edmund Schoettle looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Luis Andino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tiger's Ken Raus was substituted for Fulko Schwaderer. In the 74th minute, Tiger's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Kristian Willem Neuling made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 76th minute. When Ken Raus fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tiger's protests and gave Ken Raus a yellow card for diving instead. In the 77th minute, Ken Raus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmund Schoettle in the 79th minute of the match. 80 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Edmund Schoettle was slow to take the kick. During this time Tiger's players had a chance to rest. Luis Andino received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kristian Willem Neuling came out and tried to block the shot, but Luis Andino slotted it home off the left post making it 1-5 in the 83rd minute. 86 minutes into the match, Tiger's goalkeeper Kristian Willem Neuling had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. Detmar Stuchtey hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Kristian Willem Neuling acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 93rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Daniel Zorita. A collision led to Tiger getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Detmar Stuchtey hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Tiger's Antonius Zagermann got a free kick in the 96th minute. In the 98th minute, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kristian Willem Neuling. Kristian Willem Neuling yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-6. Ecuador played a much better game than Tiger and deserved their victory. The Tiger players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
