Camilo Gaos didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Pong Kula tried to sneak it across the goal line. Murilo Paredes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Costa in the 14th minute of play. Murilo Paredes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th match minute, Atlético Letal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dráusio de Queirós to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pong Kula got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 28th minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 31st minute, Bieito Cubas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atlético Letal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bieito Cubas in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Bieito Cubas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Tomás Goren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomás Goren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomás Goren, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Atlético Letal were awarded a corner in the 72th minute after Venezuela's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. André Cruz took the corner. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 78 minutes into the match, Bieito Cubas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bieito Cubas, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Goren in the 86th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bieito Cubas in the 88th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th minute Bieito Cubas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st minute, Jonathan Venegas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 92nd minute, André Cruz sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move. In the 94th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Atlético Letal's Bieito Cubas. But to his dismay, Bieito Cubas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. There was no doubt that Atlético Letal were the better team. Atlético Letal's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
