Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cesar Donio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Andino in the 19th minute of the match. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Corley, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Cesar Donio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Agustín Saelices kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. San Antonio HotSPURS's Artemio Norino shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 30th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Julio Vera but with some difficulty. 34 minutes into the match, San Antonio HotSPURS's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Cesar Donio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Ecuador booed when San Antonio HotSPURS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cary Wright didn't get a good kick on the ball. The San Antonio HotSPURS players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alonso Snider to strike the kick off in the second half. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Cesar Donio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 61st minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesar Donio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cesar Donio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 63rd minute of the match. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 64th minute after San Antonio HotSPURS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Corley in the 70th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Alonso Snider put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Julio Vera. A collision led to San Antonio HotSPURS getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Stewart Pritchard hit a great ball. Daniel Zorita was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 94th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Ecuador were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
