USA's Marco Day proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save USA from getting a goal against them. 4 minutes into the match, ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but János Földvári reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dávid Baroch in the 6th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but János Földvári saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's János Földvári played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cassius Byrne in the 11th minute of play. Victor Mereutã fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Day having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in USA's zone, Victor Mereutã stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Day came out of the goal and Victor Mereutã tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 25th minute of play forced ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's goalkeeper János Földvári to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's János Földvári played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cassius Byrne in the 28th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's Dávid Baroch sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marco Day narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jenson Smith in the 36th minute of play forced ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's goalkeeper János Földvári to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th match minute, ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roland Wierzcholek to maneuver through the defense. In the 42nd minute, Thomas Sørheim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cassius Byrne recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, USA's Marco Day got control of the ball when Wayne Rooney tried to sneak it across the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Wayne Rooney fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Day having to interfere. After 57 minutes USA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Thomas Sørheim who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Thomas Sørheim almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but USA's Marco Day did a great save. After 61 minutes of play, ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's Dávid Baroch made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marco Day was left in no man's land by his defense there! ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ made a substitution. Gergő Tisza replaced Dávid Baroch. ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's Dániel Veress was substituted for Cyryl Kopacz. In the 71st minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but János Földvári saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. János Földvári showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 74th minute of the match. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gergő Tisza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 78 minutes into the match, ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's goalkeeper János Földvári had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cassius Byrne. The audience thought a goal was coming when Monty Rogers got free with János Földvári in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 79th match minute, ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno Alberico to maneuver through the defense. USA made a substitution. Khalid Parry replaced Monty Rogers. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. A collision led to ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Bruno Alberico hit a great ball. Sam Campbell blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without János Földvári having to make a save. János Földvári showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Khalid Parry, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. When USA's Khalid Parry, in the 91st minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for USA. In the 94thth minute of the game Gergő Tisza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but USA's Marco Day was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
