Tyrone Summerfield didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luca Zorita went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 22 minutes into the match, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tyrone Summerfield narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tyrone Summerfield made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 23rd minute of play. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. The corner ended in Facundo Cadaval almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Muñeco FC's Tyrone Summerfield did a great save. In the 38th match minute, Muñeco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobias Patxi to maneuver through the defense. Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 47th minute of play forced Muñeco FC's goalkeeper Tyrone Summerfield to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Muñeco FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mexico were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Gaona stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Alberto Tafalla took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Tyrone Summerfield to make any attempt to save it. Alberto Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 55 minutes, Leonardo Leoz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mexico and the Muñeco FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 55 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Leoz. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Tyrone Summerfield tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tyrone Summerfield having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Lucio Perico's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dante Lacasa was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Víctor Franco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Angel Phelipe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lautaro Mancebo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tyrone Summerfield read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Lautaro Mancebo could shoot a difficult shot in the 78th minute, which Tyrone Summerfield however easily saved by the left post. Adan Lizer's late challenge caught a Mexico's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adan Lizer helped the player get up and apologised. 81 minutes into the game, one of Muñeco FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Muñeco FC:s Tyrone Summerfield showed great skill when he stopped Joel Gaona:s penalty. Muñeco FC's Tyrone Summerfield proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Muñeco FC from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joel Gaona in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tyrone Summerfield saved Muñeco FC from getting behind. A collision led to Muñeco FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Tobias Patxi hit a great ball. The Muñeco FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Mexico were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
