In the 16th minute King Scorpio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Călin Prunaru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Călin Prunaru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from King Scorpio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, King Scorpio managed to get in a good position for a shot. A4p FC Gad's supporters rose to their feet, but King Scorpio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Călin Prunaru breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 25th minute of the match A4p FC Gad got a corner. FC MCM's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marcin Pachucki ran over to the corner to take the kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

A4p FC Gad were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of FC MCM for a fine match.
