Armindo Salgado came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by 【E ➣15 de Julio 2009's Bo Ros. But to his dismay, Bo Ros quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. VB-Team's Armindo Salgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bo Ros in the 25th minute of play. Bo Ros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 36th minute, VB-Team's Shao Kun Yuan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marta Pressley. Marta Pressley yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. After having played for 39 minutes, Bo Ros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 【E ➣15 de Julio 2009's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bo Ros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Bo Ros came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the 【E ➣15 de Julio 2009 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bo Ros couldn't finish the play. Gervásio Severiano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Marta Pressley made a huge save. Claudio Caniggia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joaquim de Barros to strike the kick off in the second half. Marta Pressley came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by VB-Team's Gervásio Severiano. But to his dismay, Gervásio Severiano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 57 minutes into the match, 【E ➣15 de Julio 2009's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Caeiro came free, but Marta Pressley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind VB-Team's goalkeeper Armindo Salgado, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 【E ➣15 de Julio 2009's Dave Efrayim was substituted for Bo Ros. 【E ➣15 de Julio 2009 made a substitution. Hugo Bela replaced Marcelino Romo. Marta Pressley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shao Kun Yuan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. VB-Team's Armindo Salgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dave Efrayim in the 71st minute of play. Enzo Pellecchia hit a great ball. After some careless play in the VB-Team defense, Hugo Bela kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Armindo Salgado. The VB-Team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Armindo Salgado should have stopped the shot. VB-Team's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
