Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Peru were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after Racing Miami Futbol Club's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luz Tejedor took the corner. Eliseo Mina was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Racing Miami Futbol Club's Guilherme Veiga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 11th minute of play. Trey Echols fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolando Noboa having to interfere. In the 18th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guilherme Veiga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eliseo Mina struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Guilherme Veiga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peru. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Murillo in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guilherme Veiga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Trey Echols received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Rolando Noboa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodney Hagen in the 23rd minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Peru booed when Racing Miami Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter Hood didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julian Murillo took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guilherme Veiga. Guilherme Veiga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 36th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guilherme Veiga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guilherme Veiga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julian Murillo took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guilherme Veiga. Guilherme Veiga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rodney Hagen to make the kick off. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodney Hagen in the 52nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luz Tejedor in the 57th minute of play forced Racing Miami Futbol Club's goalkeeper Guilherme Veiga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rodney Hagen in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Noboa saved Peru from getting behind. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodney Hagen in the 70th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guilherme Veiga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luz Tejedor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 77 minutes had been played when some careless play by Racing Miami Futbol Club's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Milagros Fraga heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 86th minute of the match, Julian Murillo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Guilherme Veiga saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. After 89 minutes Racing Miami Futbol Club's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eliseo Mina who took care of the corner kick. In the 89th minute, Antonio Tenorio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anton Swanson, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. 96 minutes into the game, Chance Adams cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Rolando Noboa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Peru's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
