Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Edmundo Espiga kicked off to start the match. After a defensive mix-up in Rondeau's zone, Edmundo Espiga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alonzo Javiar came out of the goal and Edmundo Espiga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eleuterio Guerau charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eleuterio Guerau the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eleuterio Guerau hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. 24 minutes into the game, Aureliano Menendo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rondeau's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Honduras the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Rondeau fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 24th minute. Penalty! In the 26th minute there was a penalty for Honduras. Edmundo Espiga stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Alonzo Javiar. 0-1. Alonzo Javiar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Ramon Kemen hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 33rd minute of play forced Rondeau's goalkeeper Alonzo Javiar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute Honduras were awarded a corner. Edmundo Espiga went to the cornerflag to take it. Jesus Bikendi tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Alonzo Javiar. An unnecessary self made goal, 0-2 in the 34th minute. The supporters of Honduras booed when Rondeau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Inocente didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ramon Kemen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ramon Kemen to strike the kick off in the second half. Lautaro Navarro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramon Kemen's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. A throw-in in the 66th minute of the game was made by Ivan Navarro with Sebastian Villa as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 76 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Ramon Kemen came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
