Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nemesio Clemencin in the 33rd minute of play. Amancio Blasi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 37th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nemesio Clemencin got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 44th minute, Ulises Argina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 45 minutes into the match, PARNASOVFC's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Costa came free, but Amancio Blasi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nemesio Clemencin in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Amancio Blasi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 62nd minute of play. In the 68th minute, Nemesio Clemencin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. PARNASOVFC made a substitution. Elias Bernal replaced Ulises Argina. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfred Rensenbrink in the 73rd minute of play. Amancio Blasi came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
