Zigmantas Gimbutas hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Colon Averasturi in the 18th minute of play forced SC Braga's goalkeeper Antonio Adán to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute MANIACOS were awarded a corner. Radu Bleoancă went to the cornerflag to take it. Felippe Sabino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from André Jordão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Zigmantas Gimbutas put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Felippe Sabino. In the 87th minute Montay Villatreses shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Adán saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, SC Braga's goal looked a bit too open when Montay Villatreses came free, but Antonio Adán reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 94 minutes into the game, Geraldo Lucas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Felippe Sabino. Geraldo Lucas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-3.
