After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Carl Kling kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when Gnaget United FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wempy Syukur didn't get a good kick on the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Siro Benvido came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Carl Kling notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Benito Sanz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Siro Benvido showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 17 minute of play. Efrain Moruga hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Siro Benvido took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Siro Benvido took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Benito Sanz to make any attempt to save it. Siro Benvido blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benito Sanz having to make a save. If Siro Benvido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39thth minute of the game Siro Benvido who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Siro Benvido succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 7-0 in the 40th playminute. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Siro Benvido in the 44th minute of play. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Alan Moruga hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 7-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Axel Tasis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Carl Kling made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. Abel Carballo hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. 59 minutes into the match, Gnaget United FC's Siro Benvido sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benito Sanz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 62nd minute, Siro Benvido left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gnaget United FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. Gnaget United FC were awarded a corner in the 67th minute after Costa Rica's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Okaner Dilşad took the corner. Gnaget United FC's Okaner Dilşad was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Benito Sanz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Gnaget United FC made a substitution. Fabián de Brito replaced Ludvig Lund. 79 minutes into the game, Efrain Moruga threw the ball into play from the sideline. Gnaget United FC's Carl Jonsson quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Carl Kling struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Benito Sanz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gnaget United FC. 81 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Carl Kling came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bogdan Utretskiy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 11-0 when Carl Kling sped through Costa Rica's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. In the 91st minute Carl Kling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 94 minutes of play, Gnaget United FC's Bogdan Utretskiy made it 12-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there!
