The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Gunnar Nordlander reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 1-0. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Torbjörn Tingberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Gunnar Nordlander was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 13th minute. Vallentuna Kickers's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Torbjörn Tingberg put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torbjörn Tingberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 18th minute, Vallentuna Kickers's Torbjörn Tingberg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torbjörn Tingberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Torbjörn Tingberg came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the game, Torbjörn Tingberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Through an outstanding action, after 29 minutes, Jonathan Ferrant successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torbjörn Tingberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 33rd minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Li Han saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 33 minutes of play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Li Han was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 36th minute of play forced Vallentuna Kickers's goalkeeper Li Han to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jörgen Alegren charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jörgen Alegren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jörgen Alegren hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Vallentuna Kickers's Gunnar Nordlander slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 6-1 after 46 minutes of play.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Torbjörn Tingberg came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vallentuna Kickers's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joachim Lindgren in the 53rd minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Venezuela's goalie and right to Börge Hybbert. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Venezuela's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Vallentuna Kickers's Li Han proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Vallentuna Kickers from getting a goal against them. 59 minutes into the match, Vallentuna Kickers's Torbjörn Tingberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 61 minutes into the match, Tomas Illescas dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Li Han, 6-2. In the 68th minute Torbjörn Tingberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Vallentuna Kickers booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gaos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joachim Lindgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. With a little luck, Vallentuna Kickers's Li Han got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Torbjörn Tingberg put it in 7-2 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torbjörn Tingberg in the 80th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vallentuna Kickers's Thomas Termander was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jonathan Ferrant in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After having played for 85 minutes, Torbjörn Tingberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vallentuna Kickers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Torbjörn Tingberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torbjörn Tingberg in the 89th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Torbjörn Tingberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vallentuna Kickers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-2. In the 95th minute Torbjörn Tingberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Vallentuna Kickers had played much better football throughout.
