Edgardo Rozarius helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Wallace FC's Edgardo Rozarius got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Luo Kuan Bin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Tasis, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. After a rather tough play, Wallace FC's Genaro Ganix got a free kick in the 11th minute. In the 13th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Noboa to maneuver through the defense. After 14 minutes of play, Wallace FC's Angel Urbasa made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wallace FC's Luo Kuan Bin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Puig in the 18th minute of play. Costa Rica's defense didn't have a chance, in the 20th minute, when Angel Urbasa scored to the left of an out of position Benito Sanz, making the score, 2-0. Lautaro Puig charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lautaro Puig the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Lautaro Puig got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Costa Rica from getting a goal against them. 39 minutes into the match, Wallace FC's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Tasis came free, but Luo Kuan Bin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 44 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Costa Rica! Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Axel Tasis made a kick off. Lautaro Puig could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Luo Kuan Bin made a huge save. In the 53rd minute of the match Costa Rica got a corner. Wallace FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Axel Tasis ran over to the corner to take the kick. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Robustiano Gipuzkoa went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Wallace FC's Ramiro Liberto was substituted for Robustiano Gipuzkoa. In the 60th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Rubio to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Edgardo Rozarius managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wallace FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgardo Rozarius was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Sanz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Angel Urbasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramiro Liberto, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. In the 95th minute, Ramiro Liberto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Wallace FC fully deserved thier win.
