Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gürsel Aksel got the match started through his kick off. In the 7th match minute, Basmane Texas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serkan Kocaman to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Basmane Texas's Senin Gotenborg got a free kick in the 8th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Gürsel Aksel notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Panama's Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gürsel Aksel might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcos Cotilla. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gürsel Aksel ran back to his position shaking his head. 19 minutes into the match, Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gürsel Aksel. Gürsel Aksel took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Marcos Cotilla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gürsel Aksel went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. The attack was good, but when Borys Budarz in the 38th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Marcos Cotilla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gürsel Aksel's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Tomas Berganza made the kick off in the second half. When Isidoro Sarmiento came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidoro Sarmiento couldn't finish the play. In the 53rd minute, Feridun Elmacı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Franco Armani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 54th minute of play. Basmane Texas's Jan-Joost Sielis was substituted for Ulvi Gencal. Basmane Texas made a substitution. Ertuğrul İsmihan replaced Risto Luite. Basmane Texas's attentive Ertuğrul İsmihan managed to snatch the ball when Matthew Garrido made a throw-in in the 60th minute of the game. The supporters of Panama booed when Basmane Texas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan-Joost Sielis didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Serkan Kocaman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 77th minute of the game. One of Basmane Texas:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Panama:s goal. Franco Armani made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Isidoro Sarmiento sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Panama's Miguel Miralles got a free kick in the 84th minute. Basmane Texas's Franco Armani proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Basmane Texas from getting a goal against them. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Basmane Texas fully deserved thier win.
