Marco Tamayo's late challenge caught a Gürsercağ SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After 20 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Marco Tamayo. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by El Salvador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ke Chang Xuan was slow to take the kick. During this time Gürsercağ SK's players had a chance to rest. Gürsercağ SK's Ke Chang Xuan was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ricardo Zorita in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save El Salvador from getting a goal against them. When Marco Tamayo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 25 minutes had been played. In the 25th minute, Marco Tamayo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 26 minutes into the game, Gürsercağ SK's Stoyo Kozhuharov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ricardo Zorita made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Abram Luque kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 36th match minute, El Salvador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mateo Leguizamo to maneuver through the defense. Ricardo Zorita was out of position in the 41 minute of play, and Stoyo Kozhuharov capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Stoyo Kozhuharov really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. In the 43rd minute of the game, Hüseyin Can Paşa landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. El Salvador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gürsercağ SK the free kick. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Valentino Ferrant hit a great ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mustafa Arif Çınar to strike the kick off in the second half. Ricardo Zorita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ke Chang Xuan, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. In the 53rd minute, Demircan Kutlar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 57th minute, Gürsercağ SK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Moises Fernandino fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Ke Chang Xuan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lorenzo Yepes charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lorenzo Yepes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 60th match minute, El Salvador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Yepes to maneuver through the defense. In the 63rd minute, Stoyo Kozhuharov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ricardo Zorita was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Ricardo Zorita stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ke Chang Xuan's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Mustafa Arif Çınar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gürsercağ SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Mustafa Arif Çınar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ricardo Zorita breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ricardo Zorita didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stoyo Kozhuharov went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. When Ke Chang Xuan came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Gürsercağ SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ke Chang Xuan couldn't finish the play. Ricardo Zorita stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ke Chang Xuan's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. Ricardo Zorita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mustafa Arif Çınar in the 94th minute of play. Gürsercağ SK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
