Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniel Zorita got the match started through his kick off. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hakim Cody in the 2nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Cristian Sancho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Willy Herzog was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henry Dalström's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Stellan Lund struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tunge Titans. In the 31st minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willy Herzog saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mário Duplantier charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mário Duplantier the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mário Duplantier hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Willy Herzog made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 37th minute of play. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Robin Palmquist was slow to take the kick. During this time Tunge Titans's players had a chance to rest. In the 44th match minute, Tunge Titans was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stellan Lund to maneuver through the defense. After 45 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Willy Herzog was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

With a little luck, Tunge Titans's Willy Herzog got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. 54 minutes into the match, Tunge Titans's Henry Dalström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tunge Titans's Henry Dalström got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 61st minute, Henry Dalström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Vera was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After 68 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Juan Sebastián Puig. Richard Olofsson replaced Stellan Lund. Thanks to some nice moves Daniel Zorita could shoot a difficult shot in the 82nd minute, which Willy Herzog however easily saved by the left post. 86 minutes into the game, Luis Andino recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Willy Herzog. Luis Andino showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. A sloppy throw-in by Camilo Gisbert in the 88th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Tunge Titans's Mário Duplantier. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henry Dalström's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. After 94 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Robin Palmquist who took care of the corner kick. Robin Palmquist made a great header on Tunge Titans's corner, it was just that Ecuador's Julio Vera managed to reach the ball for a save. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
