István Sipos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 14 minutes into the match, FC Pierońskie Hanysy's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but István Sipos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. István Sipos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 20th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but István Sipos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 23rd minute. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which István Sipos despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 27 minutes into the match, FC Pierońskie Hanysy's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but István Sipos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of FC Pierońskie Hanysy booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 47 minutes into the match, FC Pierońskie Hanysy's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but István Sipos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A well-hit corner resulted in Agustín Saelices heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The FC Pierońskie Hanysy players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. In the 53rdth minute of the game Holger Ettur who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 55th minute, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind István Sipos. István Sipos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Daniel Zorita scored 0-3 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of István Sipos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Holger Ettur came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the FC Pierońskie Hanysy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Holger Ettur couldn't finish the play. In the 74th minute, Antonio Arias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 77 minutes into the match, FC Pierońskie Hanysy's Bernard Lesiecki broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. A collision led to FC Pierońskie Hanysy getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Lucjan Klimkiewicz hit a great ball. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geovanni Araújo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geovanni Araújo, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Primitivo Andino made in the 87th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Felix Montenegro however managed to control. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geovanni Araújo in the 89th minute of the match. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
