Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Aaron Sandalio took the kick off in the first half of the match. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Esteban José Andrada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aaron Sandalio got free with Julio Vera in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Guansa getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Jerzy Banach hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Esteban José Andrada. Guansa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Antonio Arias hit a great ball. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Esteban José Andrada. Esteban José Andrada dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Aaron Sandalio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Aaron Sandalio tried to sneak it across the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Guansa's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Esteban José Andrada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luis Andino was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 44th minute after Guansa's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. The corner ended in Daniel Zorita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Guansa's Esteban José Andrada did a great save. The Guansa players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. Esteban José Andrada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 53rd minute of play. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristian Sancho in the 58thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Esteban José Andrada, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Esteban José Andrada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 61st minute of the match. After 64 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Juan Sebastián Puig. Ildefonso Arixo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 65th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Julio Vera. Ecuador's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Esteban José Andrada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 71st minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aaron Sandalio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Esteban José Andrada didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Txilar in the 79th minute of play. After 81 minutes of play, Guansa's Anselmo Txilar made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! 84 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Txilar came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luis Andino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteban José Andrada having to interfere. In the 90th match minute, Guansa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eloy Aznar to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a free kick in the 91st minute. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Guansa.
