Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Avram Panaiteanu started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Avram Panaiteanu fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timo Thorstein in the 4th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Yu Feng Xi tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yu Feng Xi got free with Dante Lacasa in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Joel Gaona was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olimpiu Hârlău breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Yu Feng Xi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Yu Feng Xi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 18thth minute tested the skills of Dante Lacasa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 20th minute, Joel Gaona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 26 minutes into the match, Carpathian Wolves's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Olimpiu Hârlău reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timo Thorstein, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 32nd minute of the game. One of Carpathian Wolves:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Mexico:s goal. Joel Gaona shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Alberto Tafalla struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Olimpiu Hârlău didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timo Thorstein, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alberto Tafalla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Olimpiu Hârlău read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luca Zorita during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Luca Zorita hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After the first half Mexico were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joel Gaona to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Avram Panaiteanu notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Mexico's Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 59th minute, Alberto Tafalla ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olimpiu Hârlău was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Avram Panaiteanu in the 61st minute of the match. Timo Thorstein scored 2-2 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dante Lacasa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 74 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Avram Panaiteanu came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Olimpiu Hârlău tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 84th minute, Yu Feng Xi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Alberto Tafalla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Tafalla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olimpiu Hârlău breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Avram Panaiteanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Lautaro Mancebo could shoot a difficult shot in the 91st minute, which Olimpiu Hârlău however easily saved by the left post. Olimpiu Hârlău didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 91st minute, which inside left pole to 3-3. Olimpiu Hârlău was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alberto Tafalla showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-4 in the 94 minute of play. The Carpathian Wolves supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Mexico's performance. The match ended with a win for Mexico.
