Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ragnar Runeberg charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ragnar Runeberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ragnar Runeberg hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Daniel Zorita was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 30th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 33rd minute of play forced StraX Xenon FC's goalkeeper Mattias Olofsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mattias Olofsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mattias Olofsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torbjörn Brummer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by StraX Xenon FC's Tomas Asserlindh. But to his dismay, Tomas Asserlindh quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Hugo Gernberg kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Asserlindh in the 52nd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Asserlindh, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, StraX Xenon FC's Mattias Olofsson got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 60th minute, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. StraX Xenon FC's Mattias Olofsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save StraX Xenon FC from getting a goal against them. Mattias Olofsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustín Saelices, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Mattias Olofsson managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when Ecuador's Daniel Zorita fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. StraX Xenon FC's Joacim Andersson was substituted for Torbjörn Brummer. Tomas Asserlindh hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Cristian Sancho kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mattias Olofsson. That made the score 1-4 in the 72 minute of play. Tomas Asserlindh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. In the 79th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Andino to maneuver through the defense. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonas Hellqvist's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Rikard Arhenius kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joacim Andersson in the 87th minute of the match. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mattias Olofsson having to interfere. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than StraX Xenon FC throughout the match.
