A very good chance. 14 minutes into the match, Suleiman Süleyman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Suleiman Süleyman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Suleiman Süleyman struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peretu City 09. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Suleiman Süleyman sent off a good shot on target. From close distance Suleiman Süleyman pressed in the 2-0 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 28 minutes into the game. 32 minutes into the game, Peretu City 09's Suleiman Süleyman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Suleiman Süleyman in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. The supporters of Peretu City 09 booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant was a little too slow when Suleiman Süleyman got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 47th minute. The score was now 4-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Illescas was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Guillermo Mariano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Suleiman Süleyman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th minute, Israel Jakobe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Suleiman Süleyman, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Suleiman Süleyman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Suleiman Süleyman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Marin Bosânceanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peretu City 09's supporters rose to their feet, but Marin Bosânceanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Suleiman Süleyman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Suleiman Süleyman in the 71st minute of play. Peretu City 09's Marcial Abar was substituted for Suleiman Süleyman. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Camilo Gaos hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Marcial Abar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Peretu City 09's Marin Bosânceanu got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Peretu City 09's Marcial Abar got a free kick in the 94th minute. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Francesco Toldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Peretu City 09's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
