Barbaros Sargan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After some careless play in the Kwaski Sandomierz defense, Lautaro Mancebo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Barbaros Sargan. The Kwaski Sandomierz fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Barbaros Sargan should have stopped the shot. Radomir Mietus hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Barbaros Sargan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After 11 minutes, Luca Zorita mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mexico and the Kwaski Sandomierz players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. The crowd rose to their feet as Olgierd Walkowski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dante Lacasa. That made the score 1-3 in the 33 minute of play. In the 36th minute, Olgierd Walkowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Barbaros Sargan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 40th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustaw Zembrzuski in the 41st minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kwaski Sandomierz's goalkeeper Barbaros Sargan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lúkas Pīlēns hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Gaona couldn't finish the play. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out.
