If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. 13 minutes into the match, Tunge Titans's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Willy Herzog reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Henry Dalström came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Hakim Cody stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Hakim Cody tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Henry Dalström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Henry Dalström sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. In the 29th minute, Henry Dalström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tunge Titans fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 39th minute of the match Tunge Titans got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Robin Palmquist ran over to the corner to take the kick. Tunge Titans's Robin Palmquist was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jonathan Ferrant in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Jonathan Ferrant was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Henry Dalström capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Henry Dalström really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Henry Dalström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Henry Dalström went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. After having played for 66 minutes, Henry Dalström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tunge Titans's supporters crossed their fingers, but Henry Dalström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 67th minute, Cristian Salles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Willy Herzog. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. Sakis Kerkopoulos hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Willy Herzog made a huge save. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henry Dalström, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Salvador Gisbert in the 87th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Tunge Titans's Edwin Åberg. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Tunge Titans had won after a very even match.
