With an all-out effort, FC Beatriz 08's Jonathan Ferrant threw himself towards the right post 30 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Pepe Bomba, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 35th play minutes Pepe Bomba shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Jonathan Ferrant and just under the crossbar into goal. After 37 minutes of play, FC Beatriz 08's Márcio Cordeiro made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pepe Bomba in the 45th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant was a little too slow when Pepe Bomba got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 48th minute. The score was now 4-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pepe Bomba stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tomas Illescas hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pepe Bomba, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 57th minute, Camilo Gaos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, FC Beatriz 08's Eurico lago got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Guillermo Mariano got a free kick in the 60th minute. The supporters of FC Beatriz 08 booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Mariano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pepe Bomba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. 79 minutes into the game, Tomas Illescas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eurico lago. Tomas Illescas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-1. In the 82nd minute, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-2. In the 91st match minute, FC Beatriz 08 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuca Britto to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Illescas struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Eurico lago didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Beatriz 08 had played much better football throughout.
