Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Schuster's Mauro Bezerra started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ricardo Zorita made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Mauro Bezerra sent off a good shot on target. Ricardo Zorita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Musko Cuevas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute of the match Schuster got a corner. El Salvador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Saul Piarres ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Schuster's Enrico Pagliarini getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. El Salvador's defense didn't have a chance, in the 15th minute, when Mauro Bezerra scored to the left of an out of position Ricardo Zorita, making the score, 1-0. Mauro Bezerra received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ricardo Zorita came out and tried to block the shot, but Mauro Bezerra slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 18th minute. Ricardo Zorita stood somewhat misplaced when Musko Cuevas came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 21 minute. 29 minutes into the game, Mauro Bezerra recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ricardo Zorita. Mauro Bezerra showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-0. In the 34th match minute, El Salvador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Rubio to maneuver through the defense. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Bezerra in the 39th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, El Salvador's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Bezerra came free, but Ricardo Zorita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ricardo Zorita didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mauro Bezerra went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Moises Fernandino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Schuster booed when El Salvador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Rubio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 55 minutes, Mauro Bezerra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Schuster's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mauro Bezerra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Musko Cuevas in the 56th minute of the match. In the 58th minute Mauro Bezerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zorita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 63 minutes of play, Schuster's Mauro Bezerra made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ricardo Zorita was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ricardo Zorita came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Schuster's Mauro Bezerra. But to his dismay, Mauro Bezerra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0. Schuster's Valer Stroici was substituted for Achille Passerini. Mauro Bezerra might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ricardo Zorita. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mauro Bezerra ran back to his position shaking his head. Mauro Bezerra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Schuster made a substitution. Anfilogino Pittelli replaced Saul Piarres. Ricardo Zorita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richy Hensmans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ricardo Zorita came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Schuster's Mauro Bezerra. But to his dismay, Mauro Bezerra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 11-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Bezerra in the 84th minute of play forced El Salvador's goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Schuster's Mauro Bezerra sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ricardo Zorita narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 91 minutes into the match, Mauro Bezerra had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ricardo Zorita. El Salvador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mauro Bezerra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 14-0. When Schuster's Mauro Bezerra in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El Salvador's goalie prevented a goal. In the 97th minute, Mauro Bezerra made a precise shot to the right of Ricardo Zorita. El Salvador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 15-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Schuster fully deserved thier win.
