Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomas Illescas got the match started through his kick off. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Guillermo Mariano hit a great ball. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 10th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wes Lieckens went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Joshua Secada hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute of the match, Olgierd Wozniak tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jonathan Ferrant saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Wes Lieckens kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Youri Horemans during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 22nd match minute, La masia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Youri Horemans to maneuver through the defense. Olgierd Wozniak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 27 minutes, Wes Lieckens managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La masia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wes Lieckens was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Maximino Cesario stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Illescas's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Patricio Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Patricio Costa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximino Cesario breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Venezuela were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after La masia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tomas Illescas took the corner. Jerom Kint charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jerom Kint the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 35th match minute, La masia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerom Kint to maneuver through the defense. 36 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wes Lieckens to make the kick off. La masia's Maximino Cesario proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save La masia from getting a goal against them. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, La masia's Jerom Kint got a free kick in the 59th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joshua Secada in the 60th minute of play forced La masia's goalkeeper Maximino Cesario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Maximino Cesario acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 65th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Camilo Gaos. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wes Lieckens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wes Lieckens in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sam Hartlang kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Tomas Illescas sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and La masia's Maximino Cesario didn't even have to move. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wes Lieckens in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. 88 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Patricio Costa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maximino Cesario narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olgierd Wozniak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wes Lieckens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
