Pedro Manzanares was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Argyris Zagorakis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 41 minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as SC Pfullendorf's Argyris Zagorakis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pedro Manzanares. That made the score 3-2 after 46 minutes of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.
