Richard Fredriksson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Manzanares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. FC Bullen's Richard Fredriksson got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Richard Fredriksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Manzanares having to interfere. 12 minutes into the game, Richard Fredriksson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Pedro Manzanares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 16 minutes into the match, Colombia's Axel Montenegro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Toni Schumacher narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Axel Montenegro struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Toni Schumacher didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Colombia. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richard Fredriksson in the 23rd minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Verner Hägert kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. FC Bullen's Toni Schumacher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 30th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC Bullen's Roland Topp got a free kick in the 33rd minute. FC Bullen's Richard Fredriksson got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The supporters of Colombia booed when FC Bullen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Verner Hägert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Toni Schumacher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 61st minute of the match. FC Bullen's Richard Fredriksson got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. FC Bullen's Edvard Sandström was substituted for Gustav Helander. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. Verner Hägert made in the 71st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Andy Beckman however managed to control. Philip Drake sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Philip Drake, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th minute, Philip Drake ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Manzanares was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 76th minute of the game, Luis Cazalla landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Verner Hägert charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Verner Hägert the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Colombia's Israel Elvira was substituted for Luis Cazalla. Verner Hägert kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Abram Secada got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Kevin Mastache made in the 93rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Joshua Garrido however managed to control. If Abram Secada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Toni Schumacher made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Abram Secada sent off a good shot on target. When the referee ended the match the FC Bullen players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
