The Honduras fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 8th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilton Cruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valentín Carvallo got a throw-in 12 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Christian Sancho. Tribos 4EVER's Nilton Cruz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 29th minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Tribos 4EVER's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Nilton Cruz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 55 minutes into the game, when Edgard Trancoso put in a rough tackle. After 56 played minutes Tribos 4EVER got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Trancoso. When Sebastian Villa fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Honduras's protests and gave Sebastian Villa a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Sebastian Villa got a free kick in the 57th minute. 60 minutes into the game, Luca Espinar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Nilton Cruz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Edmundo Espiga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nilton Cruz was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. Milagros Cabal took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nilton Cruz. Nilton Cruz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. In the 69th minute, Hílton Tinoco made a precise shot to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-8. Nilton Cruz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 72nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Tribos 4EVER defense, Sebastian Villa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nilton Cruz. The Tribos 4EVER fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nilton Cruz should have stopped the shot. Milagros Cabal made in the 78th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Sebastian Villa immediately put the ball in play. 79 minutes into the match, Tribos 4EVER's goal looked a bit too open when Valentín Carvallo came free, but Nilton Cruz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
